NOTICE TO ALL
UCPB PHONEBANKING USERS
Please be advised that only the last five transaction dates under
the new UCPB Core Banking System (CBS) can be inquired through
the bank’s phonebanking facility.
Thus, if your maintaining branch was converted into the CBS last
December 4, 2009 and you transacted on December 5,8,14,25 and 29,
you will be able to retrieve all transactions covering the
five dates using the phonebanking facility.
However, if your maintaining
branch was converted into the new system on December
4, 2009 and you transacted on November 1,16, 23 and December 10 and
19, only transactions done on the last two dates will be relayed
to you over the phone.
For your complete transaction details, you may request a statement
of account from your branch or access your UCPB Connect account
at www.ucpb.com.
