for the intermittent ATM and electronic banking services
We apologize for the intermittent service that you are experiencing with our ATMs and other electronic banking channels. This is regrettable, but unfortunately unavoidable.
As we had informed you, we switched recently to a new Z/OS mainframe, one of IBM's latest equipment. Technical issues usually crop up during such switchover because the systems will be running on a new environment. This is what is causing the service interruption.
We are addressing these issues. It will, however, take a little more time for our electronic banking systems to fully stabilize in the new environment so it is possible that some service interruption will continue to occur.
We have a dedicated team of information technology specialists continuously fine-tuning our systems, and monitoring them round the clock so that we can respond quickly to any downtime.
