Do I need to have a UCPB bank account to use 1Time Payment facility?

Yes. You must have a savings or current banking account with United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) to avail of the 1Time Payment facility.

Good News: Another good thing about 1Time Payment is that you can ride along thru the accounts of an Internet Café that is a member of 1Time Payment Facility, or even thru an individual who is a 1Time member. Through their consent or your purchase of a 1Time number from them, they can create a 1Time number for your one time purchase on 1Time Payment shopping site members.

How do I open a UCPB bank account?

Please go to any UCPB branch of your choice and bring the following:

  1. Current and previous months' billing statements of AT LEAST ONE utility/service company (example: Meralco, PLDT, Bayan Tel, Home/Sky Cable, Maynilad/Manila Waters, Visa/Master credit cards, etc.) where the name and address or telephone number of the accountee is reflected.


  2. One latest colored ID picture (at least 1 x 1 in size)


    3.                                  AND

  3. Any one of the following:
    • current passport
    • driver's license together with official receipt

    In the absence of a passport or driver's license, ANY TWO of the following shall be required in addition to the utilities/service company billings:

    • company ID with picture
    • new SSS/GSIS ID with picture
    • Tax Indentification Number (TIN)
    • NBI Clearance
    • PRC issued ID
    • license or permit to carry firearms

  4. At lease P1,000 cash as initial deposit

Can I use 1Time Payment right away if I already have an account with UCPB?

You will have to enroll your UCPB account(s) to the 1Time Payment facility. Just click on enroll now! and fill out the form. If your account is already enrolled in UCPB's Telebanking system (phonebanking), just key-in your Telebanking Account Access Code and your account will be activated right away. If not, print the form, affix your signature and fax it to 811-9119 or send it to a UCPB Branch near you. Your account will be activated on the next banking day.

Can I enroll my account to the 1Time Facility at any UCPB branch?

Yes. Just go to any UCPB Branch near you and request for a 1Time Payment Enrollment Form. Complete the form and submit it to the Branch Officer. The Branch Officer will ask you to key-in your password for 1Time Payment facility. Your account will be activated right away. You may access your 1Time Payment account at www.my1time.com.

How do I enroll additional accounts to 1Time facility later on?

  1. Log-in at www.my1time.com
  2. Click on the " Edit Accounts" link on the left bar.
  3. Select the bank you wish to enroll to use for your payments. Click Next.
  4. Enter your account information. Click Next.
  5. Status of your account enrollment will be displayed
  6. If you wish to add more than one account, repeat steps 2 to 4

  4. Enter your Telebanking account number and account access code. Next.
  5. Accomplish "Personal Information" form. Next.

When your account is successfully verified and confirmed by 1Time Payment system, your account will be activated immediately.

Click on enroll now! at the front page. After agreeing to the terms and conditions governing 1Time Payment facility, complete the 1Time Payment Enrollment Form. Just follow the enrollments steps:

  1. Accomplish "Account Name" form. Next.
  2. From the list of banks, select United Coconut Planters Bank. Next.
  3. Choose to enroll your "Non-telebanking" account. Next.
  4. Enter your Non-telebanking account number. Next.
  5. Accomplish "Personal Information" form. Next.

When you account is successfully verified, print the generated enrollment form. Sign it with a dark-inked pen and fax it to 811-9119. Another way is to bring the signed printed form to any UCPB Branch near you.

A Non-telebanking account will be activated the next banking day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation regarding your 1Time account activation.
