How do I log-in?

At www.my1time.com, under the heading "Registered User", click the "LOG-IN" button. This will lead you to a secure page where you will enter your e-mail address which will serve as your username or Log-in ID and the password you registered with my1time.com. Then click the "LOG-IN" button.

How do I change my e-mail log-in and password?

First, log-in to your 1Time account. Click on "Change Log-in Info", and enter a new e-mail address and/or new password on the appropriate fields. Click "Submit" and the changes you made will take effect immediately.

What if I forgot both my password and the answer to the security question in the "Forgot your Password"?

Please click here to fill up the Reactivation/Reset Password Form. You will be asked to print, sign and fax the form to 811-9119. We will reset your password and answer to the security question once we've verified the form.

Log-in Errors

"Error Encountered - Unknown User"

You may have typed in your e-mail address incorrectly. Please check that you have entered the following format: name@server.com Or, you may not have properly enrolled an account with 1Time Payment facility. Enroll now to become a member.

"Error Encountered - Invalid Password"

The password field is case sensitive. Make sure to use the right capitalization you entered when you enrolled your log-in information.

I forgot my password!

Go to Forgot Your Password?. You will be asked to type in your e-mail address, then answer the two questions asked. These include the birthday you provided when you enrolled in the 1Time Payment facility and the security question with an answer that only you know. Once the questions are answered correctly, you will be asked to type in a new password.

"Error Encountered - User Name Blocked!"

Your access to the system is blocked when you enter an incorrect password for 3 consecutive times. In the same way, when the security question in the Forgot Your Password? is answered incorrectly for 3 consecutive times your access will be blocked. Should either of these happen to you, you will be notified via e-mail to contact our Customer Relations Center at 811-9111 for further instructions to reactivate access to the 1Time facility.
