A Message from UCPB Officer-in-Charge Liduvino S. Geron

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to inform you that your Bank, UCPB, has been tapped by the government to further support the national development agenda by integrating it with Land Bank of the Philippines.

Following Executive Order No. 142 signed by President Duterte on June 25, 2021, the merger of the two government financial institutions will strengthen government’s efforts to serve its combined client base composed of agricultural workers including those in the coco sector, private individuals and government institutions, large corporations, middle market companies and SMEs nationwide. This will also allow us to reach out and meet the needs of unbanked and underserved Filipinos, in keeping with BSP’s mandate of expanding financial inclusion to all sectors.

With the merger, you will enjoy the benefits of a stronger and better capitalized institution with solid government support, a bigger branch and ATM network nationwide, and a wider range of products and services to serve your banking requirements.

We assure you that as we go through the process of the merger, it is business as usual in UCPB. Client servicing and business operations remain unhampered. We will continue to provide you with personal and proactive service and endeavor to make the transition seamless for all of you.

For any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your UCPB servicing unit/officer or Customer Relations Center at crc@ucpb.com.
