Attention: All UCPB Visa Cardholders

The Bank received several complaints on unauthorized online purchases from some of its Visa cardholders.

We would like to clarify that this is not due to system hacking. No system of the Bank has been compromised. This is due to online card fraud.

We would like to assure the affected cardholders and all our Visa cardholders that there’s a process in place to recover unauthorized transactions from online merchants.

In light of this, please take note of the following reminders:

Keep your cards especially your card details secure at all times.
Update your mobile number and email address with the Bank so you can receive timely notifications on your card transactions.
Monitor your accounts closely. Enroll in our UCPB Connect or Mobile App so you can track your transactions conveniently, anytime, anywhere.
Report suspicious card transactions immediately to our ATM Hotline at (02) 8119292 or to your maintaining branch.

The Bank will investigate, process the reimbursement upon verification and replace your card if necessary.

BancNet System Downtime Advisory: November 16 to 17, 2019 (11:45pm – 12:45am)

Please be advised that Inter-bank Fund Transfers via InstaPay (sending and receiving) through UCPB Connect and the UCPB Mobile App will not be available from 11:45pm of November 16 (Saturday) until 12:45am of November 17, 2019 (Sunday).

UCPB accountholders may continue to use ATMs, Connect and the Mobile Banking App during this time. Fund Transfers through PESONet will be available as well.
