Advisory Against Phishing on EMV

Please be advised that UCPB will only send you an SMS/text message on the scheduled release of your new EMV chip-enabled ATM card at your maintaining branch.

Thus, please disregard any email asking you to click on a link to accept your new ATM card or confirm its replacement. These are attempts by cyber fraudsters to get important banking information from you.

We do not require any email confirmation from your end to accept your new card. The replacement is free of charge and all you need to do is to visit your maintaining branch.

Your existing magnetic stripe ATM card will only be automatically deactivated once you use your new EMV-enabled ATM card.

For more information on the replacement of your ATM card, please click here, or our social media pages. You may also contact our Customer Relations Center at (02) 811-9111 or email crc@ucpb.com.
