Kindly visit your maintaining branch to replace your card for free or go to any UCPB branch to arrange for the release of your card through the UCPB branch accessible to you. Please also bring a Billing Statement if there is a change in your Present or Permanent Address, or an NSO Marriage Certificate if there is a change in marital status.

ATTENTION: ALL UCPB ATM CARDHOLDERS
In compliance to BSP Circular Nos. 808 and 859 which mandates all Philippine banks to shift from magnetic stripe technology to the EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa) chip-enabled ATM cards by January 1, 2017, UCPB will replace your existing UCPB ATM Card with the UCPB Visa Debit/EMV Card, free of charge.
You may claim your new UCPB Visa Debit/EMV Card at your respective UCPB maintaining branches. The exact schedule of card release will be announced per through UCPB branches, website and social media accounts. You will also receive an SMS informing you of the dates when you can claim your EMV chip-enabled ATM cards.

Please note that your new card will only be released to you as the cardholder. For your security and protection, claiming of the card via representative will not be allowed. If your ATM card is under a UCPB Payroll arrangement, you need to coordinate with your HR on the schedule and process of card release for your company. Please bring the following when you claim your new card at the branch:
- Actual and photocopy of two (2) valid Identification Cards (i.e. Company ID and one (1) valid government-issued ID or two (2) valid government-issued IDs)
- You will also be required to update your information with the bank by accomplishing the Customer Information Update Sheet. You may print and accomplish this form and bring this to your maintaining when you claim your card.
* Note: Please bring a Billing Statement (if there’s a change in your Present/Permanent Address) and NSO Marriage Certificate (if there’s a change in your marital status).
