ATTENTION: All UCPB eMoney Cardholders

Update: November 2, 2017

Please be advised that all UCPB eMoney cards without the EMV chip were deactivated on November 2, 2017, based on our earlier announcements and reminders.

Per BSP Circular Numbers 808 & 859, UCPB is required to replace your existing non-EMV eMoney Card with the EMV chip-enabled card.

Kindly visit your maintaining branch to replace your card for free or go to any UCPB branch to arrange for the release of your card through the UCPB branch accessible to you. Please bring your old non-EMV eMoney Card and 2 valid IDs when claiming your new UCPB EMV eMoney Card. Please also bring a Billing Statement if there is a change in your Present or Permanent Address, or an NSO Marriage Certificate if there is a change in marital status.

You may now visit your UCPB maintaining branch to apply for your EMV card replacement, free of charge. UCPB eMoney card deactivation will be on November 2, 2017.

Bring your old non-EMV eMoney card and two valid photo-bearing ID when claiming your new UCPB EMV ATM Card.

For UCPB regular ATM cardholders who were unable to claim their EMV cards before the August 1 deadline, you may transact over-the-counter at any UCPB branch in the meantime. Please visit your maintaining branch and claim your EMV card.
