ATTENTION: All UCPB ATM Cardholders

Please be advised that the schedule for deactivation of old, non-EMV UCPB ATM cards has been extended to August 1, 2017. This is to give you more time to claim your new EMV cards at UCPB branches.

For your protection and to avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to visit your UCPB maintaining branch to claim your EMV card as soon as possible. Thank you.


Your old non-EMV UCPB ATM Card* will be deactivated effective July 1, 2017.

Claim and activate your new UCPB EMV ATM Card free of charge now!

All UCPB Branches will be open also on all Saturdays of June 2017 (June 3, 10, 17, and 24) to accommodate the release of ATM cards on weekends.

Please be advised that all UCPB ATMs, electronic banking channels (UCPB Connect, Mobile Phone Banking, POS transactions, My1Time, CM.Biz), and e-commerce transactions (internet purchases via Visa and BancNet) will not be available due to system maintenance on the following schedules:
