Ms. Singson was appointed as Adviser in her capacity as Undersecretary for Privatization of the Department of Finance (DOF). She served as Chief of Staff under the Office of the Finance Secretary, and Chief Privatization Officer of DOF’s Privatization and Management Office.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Member of the New York and Boston Society of Security Analysts. She obtained her Master in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
Mr. Solidor was Secretary of the Confederation of Coconut Farmers Organizations of the Philippines, Inc., Council Member of the Pambansang Koalisyon ng mga Samahang Magsasaka at Manggagawa sa Niyugan, Secretary-General of Lakas ng Magsasakang Pilipino, Chairman of the Alyansa sa mga Timawang Mag-uugmad sa Amihanang Mindanao, and a Member of the Bishop-Ulama-Priest-Pastors-Farmers-Lumad Conference, Caraga Conference for Peace and Development, Council of Leaders of Pambansang Kilusan ng mga Samahang Magsasaka at Manggagawa sa Niyugan. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from the Central Mindanao University.
Mr. Tan was appointed as Adviser in his capacity as President and CEO of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC). Before joining PDIC, he served as the Treasurer of the Philippines for two terms, and concurrently served as the Officer-in-Charge of the International Finance Group of the Department of Finance. He was Executive Director of the World Bank Group and Affiliates. He has extensive experience in public finance, having assumed several key positions in the Department of Finance, including Undersecretary, Assistant Secretary, and Director for the International Finance Group. He also assumed the post of Advisor to the Executive Director of the Asian Development Bank Board. His professional background includes treasury management, international finance, consumer credit, and management consulting. He also served as an Alternate Member of the Board of several Government Financial Institutions, infrastructure corporations, and government agencies including the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Fordham University, New York, USA, where he also pursued doctorate studies. He obtained his MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University where he likewise received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Mr. Villaseñor was Chairman of the Confederation of Coconut Farmers Organization of the Philippines; National President of the Pambansang Koalisyon ng mga Samahan ng mga Magsasaka at Manggagawa sa Niyugan; President and Founding Member of the Coconut Farmers Federation for Rural Advancement; Founding Member of the Coconut Farmers Technology Center – Southern Tagalog Region, Katipunan ng mga Magsasaka at Mangingisda ng Pilipinas-Northern Samar; Founder/Organizer of the Samar Island Peasant Alliance Group; Municipal Development Assistant, Municipality of Lopez in Quezon; Community Affairs Officer of the Bondoc Development Program; and Alternate Commissioner of the Farmers Sector, Council of the National Anti-Poverty Commission.
Atty. Zuño is an Associate Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Member of the Melo Commission and Rotary Club of Rosario, Batangas, and a Lifetime Member/ Adviser/Coordinator of the National Prosecutors League of the Philippines. He served as Chief State Prosecutor for the Department of Justice. He was awarded Outstanding Prosecutor by the Consumers Union of the Philippines, and received a Guillermo B. Guevarra Award for Judicial Excellence. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the East, and a Bachelor of Arts (Outstanding Alumnus) from Lipa City Colleges.
