Important Advisory:

Effective August 7, 2019, the cut-off time for the Disposition on Returned or Dishonored Checks including checks with technical defects will be at 1:00am of the next calendar day from check presentment, through the CCA.biz. This is to take advantage of the early availability of the Check Images brought about by the implementation of the Check Image Clearing System (CICS).

The scanned image of the checks will be available starting at 7:30 pm of the presentment date. Please note that the 1:00 am cut-off time will be strictly imposed. All inward clearing checks with no disposition by the defined cut-off time will be automatically considered as honored. Late requests for the pull-out of returned or dishonored checks will no longer be accommodated.
