Who can avail of the UCPB BizEasy Franchise Loan?

Open to new Franchisees (Loan Applicant) with an approved/pending Franchise application with a legitimate and duly registered local Franchise brand.
This loan is not applicable to existing/operational franchise business.

Loanable Amount

Minimum loanable amount is P100,000.
Maximum loanable amount is P1,000,000.
The loan amount may cover up to 60% of the Total Investment Cost (Franchise Fees, Construction Costs, other capital expenses).
Final loan amount will be subject to evaluation.

Loan Payment Details

Choose from 12, 24 or 36 months loan term. The loan must be co-terminus with Franchise Agreement.
Loan proceeds may be payable to the Franchisee (Loan Applicant) of the Franchisor (Franchise Owner).
Post Dated Checks is the designated loan payment facility.

Lease Agreement/Proof of Ownership of the location
Franchise Investment Quotation
Franchise Income Projection

Checking Account
Employment or Self-Employed Income Documents

Eligible Franchise Options

Small and Medium Enterprise Classification
SEC or DTI Registered
Filipino-owned and established company
At least 3 years as Franchise Operator
With at least 3 company-owned and 3 franchise outlets
Preferably a member of any recognized franchise or business group
