UCPB Savings Bank (USB) inaugurated a new branch in Alabang, the first of five branches targeted to be opened this year as the savings bank arm of UCPB continues to widen its network.
This bring up the total branch network to 46.
“Our branch expansion plans are in line with the call of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to reach out to depositors, especially the unbanked sector, as it seeks to make the country more financially inclusive. For our part, USB’s new branches will sustain our growth momentum,” UCPB Savings Bank President and CEO Angel H. Mojica said.
Mr. Mojica led the opening ceremony and ribbon cutting on April 21, 2017 together with USB Chairman and UCPB President and CEO Higinio O. Macadaeg Jr., USB VP and Branch Banking Division Head Wilfred Abobo and Luzon II Region Head Patrick Gonzalez.
USB management also welcomed Engr. Nelson Remulla and his wife, who graced the opening as the guests of honor.
In his remarks, Mr. Abobo stated that the Alabang branch will provide greater banking convenience to the community.
Alabang Branch Manager Jolivette Sayo and her highly-skilled team will provide USB’s personalized banking products and services to its clients. The branch is located at the Ground Floor of Common Goal Tower, Madrigal Business Park, Alabang.
