REQUIREMENTS:

Sign up for UCPB's Post-Dated Check Warehouse Service.  This service enables you to deposit your post-dated checks to UCPB and we will take care of safekeeping/warehousing these checks.  On the arrival of the checks' credit date, we will automatically credit these checks to the account you specify.

Board or Partnership Resolution authorizing the availment of the above service. Said document should name the company's/parnership's personnel or officers/signatories authorized to enter into an agreement with UCPB regarding PDC.biz. Click here for a sample resolution in PDF format.
